My name is Martin and I started Avid Autocare in early 2016 after 7 years of previous detailing experience. The passion for cars, detailing and a determination to do things correctly is what lead me to start a business in car detailing. As of March 2024 I now have over 15 years of experience. There are many detailing services out there, which is great, but I believe I offer a unique insight into vehicle detailing and am always honest and forward with customers. I have never, and will never, look into the eyes of a customer who’s willing to part with their hard earned money and sell something I do not believe in. Neither will I use or install products I don’t believe in without first testing them for myself. I’ve gained a vast amount of knowledge and skill over the past 15 years and this is why I believe I stand out.
I am the sole owner and operator of the business. I do so in order to have complete control over the quality of my work and keep it consistent.
I offer a vast array of tailored detailing services to enhance, preserve and protect any vehicle.
Where am I located?
I am based in the Aberdeenshire town of Westhill, only a few miles West of Aberdeen City.

Yes.
What services can I provide?
My services range from basic interior tidy-ups and exterior washes to full interior details and high-end paintwork correction (achieved by machine polishing) and ceramic coating applications on all surfaces.

What makes detailing so interesting is the fact everyone’s idea of a “detail” is different. I love meeting and chatting to new people and finding out exactly what service they want for their daily driver or weekend vehicle. I’m still as keen as ever to learn and provide a perfectly tailored service for every client. I hope to pass on my passion for car care to each of my clients so they can preserve the condition of their vehicle for years to come, as well as enjoying it as much as possible, for as long as possible :-)
